ASSESSMENT AND INTERVIEW APPOINTMENTS
All applicants are required to take The Rhoades School Admissions Assessment, which is given on campus by appointment beginning December 1, 2008 through January 30, 2009 (see grid below). Because there are a limited number of assessment appointments, it is recommended that parents reserve their testing time as soon as possible by calling the school office. Assessment reservations will be accepted beginning November 3, 2008 through January 12, 2009.

When making the assessment appointment, parents should also schedule their Parent Interview with the Head of School, Mrs. Luanne Kittle. Typically, the parent interview is scheduled during the student’s testing appointment. The 2009/10 assessment schedule is as follows:

Kindergarten December 1, 2008- January 30, 2009	Individual Testing Monday - Friday	9:00   am 9:45   am 10:30 am
Grades 1-5 December 1, 2008- January 30, 2009	Individual Testing Monday - Friday	12:00 pm
Grades 6-8 If available, testing opportunities will be announced after April 1, 2009 and posted at www.rhoadesschool.com	TBD	TBD
