TRANSCRIPTS
School records and recommendations provide valuable information for determining readiness for a challenging curriculum. The following items are necessary in order for a student application to be considered for enrollment and must be received by January 12, 2009.

Applying for Kindergarten: The child’s current preschool teacher should complete the Teacher Recommendation form and return it directly to The Rhoades School.

Applying for Grades 1 - 5: The child’s current teacher should complete the Teacher Recommendation form and return it directly to The Rhoades School. In addition, copies of the following should be submitted to the Admissions Office:

• Most recent report card
• Final report card from previous year
• Standardized achievement test results*
  (Required for applicants to grades 4-8)
