This is their time to shine, to explore new activities, master new skills, make new friends—and bring out their best!

Our camp offers many options to keep your child excited and engaged this summer, from day camps, academic camps and specialty camps—all in a safe and secure environment.

Day Camp

Each week, campers jump into action as they explore science and nature, become involved in creative and performing arts, and participate in sports and games. Our activity blocks give campers fun and variety in their camp day.

Academic Camps

Academic camps are a wonderful way to enhance your child’s love of learning while focusing on a specific subjects. From math to literature and creative writing, we have something for every student. Campers work independently and in small groups to apply real-life experiences to lessons learned in the classroom.

Specialty Camps

Our specialty camps are packed with hands-on activities that offer experiences for campers to discover new skills and talents. Whatever your child’s interests are, we have fun and unique activities for them to try!

Sports Camps

Our rigorous sports camp promotes skill building, exposes children to new activities and helps build healthy exercise habits. We bring sports specialists from around the area to help each camper improve, practice and play each sport.

Summer Partnerships

More ways to shine in our summer partnership programs. we are pleased to be partnering with two prestigious summer programs this year: Laurel Springs School, an accredited, online private school for students in kindergarten through grade 12, and Envision by WorldStrides, the nation’s largest accredited educational travel and experiences organization for students across the country. Summer Camp

After confirming camp selection and payment in Alma, you will be asked to download and fill out the camp registration form – please do not complete this step. We will send you the required registration forms via DocuSign. If you have not received a DocuSign request from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact Erika Magner at emagner@rhoadesschool.com

Camp Calendar:

Payment Policy: One week’s tuition is due at time of enrollment. If your child will be attending more than one week of camp, we will apply the deposit to the final week of camp. Weekly camp fees are due every Monday morning at drop-off. We will charge a $25 late fee if payment is not received by 12 pm Tuesday. Registration fee must be paid online.

Cancellation Policy: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a
full refund/credit for camp tuition, less registration fee. Cancellation request must be received 2 weeks prior to enrolled camp week start date.
Participants who do not attend their registered camp week, or who do not contact us to cancel two weeks prior to start date, will not receive a refund or
credit. By submitting your payment, you are agreeing to the policy outlined above.

Allergies and Asthma: If your child has been prescribed an Epi-Pen and/or inhaler, we require an allergy and/or asthma action plan completed by your child’s physician. Please email the allergy and/or asthma action plan to Erika Magner, Spanish Teacher and Summer Camp Coordinator at EMagner@rhoadesschool.com.

Illness Policy: Please see page 9 of the Family Handbook for our illness policy.

Communications: For each week of camp student will be attending, we will send an email to parents one (1) week prior the start of camp. If your student is attending multiple weeks of camp, you will receive multiple emails. The email will contain drop off and pick up information, what students should wear and bring each day, and important health and safety information.
